Scholarship Recipient
 The Sylvia Oancia
Memorial Fund Scholarship, worth $400, was presented July 8, 2010 at the Opening
Night Reception of this year’s summer production of My Fair Lady. The
scholarship honours the memory
of one of Regina’s great supporters of the arts and founders of
Regina Summer Stage.
The bursary may be used for lessons,
workshops or classes in any area related to theatre: music, dance, acting,
technical theatre or arts administration.
Congratulations to Kendra Watson, a very
talented Stage Manager who served as ours for
My Fair Lady. This is Kendra's first time with Regina Summer Stage and
we hope not the last.
She will use the bursary to further her studies in Stage and Technical
Management.
